At the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Colonel Pantic is accused of crimes against humanity, but no one dares to testify against him. Vince Harrington, ambition driven officer of the court, decides to go to Ex-Yugoslavia in search of the only man able to confront the colonel, former General Nikola Radin. The journey turns into a fierce manhunt as no one wants Radin to testify at The Hague. No one, except general Radin’s daughter.
